1. Service Agreement

1.1 Services Provided:

• Personal training sessions
• Nutrition guidance
• Exercise programming
• Progress monitoring
• Online coaching services

1.2 Session Booking and Cancellation:

• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Late cancellations will be charged at full session rate
• No-shows will be charged at full session rate
• Best Fitness Look reserves the right to cancel sessions with appropriate notice

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Fees:

• Rates are as quoted in your specific service agreement
• Payments must be made in advance of services
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

2.2 Payment Methods:

• We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards
• Standing orders for recurring payments
• All payments are processed securely

2.3 Refunds:

• No refunds for services already delivered
• Partial refunds may be considered for unused prepaid services
• Each case will be reviewed individually

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Health and Safety:

• Provide accurate health information
• Update us about any health changes
• Follow safety instructions during training
• Maintain appropriate personal insurance

3.2 Conduct:

• Arrive on time for sessions
• Wear appropriate fitness attire
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Respect facility rules and other users

4. Trainer Responsibilities

4.1 Professional Conduct:

• Maintain current qualifications
• Carry appropriate insurance
• Provide safe and effective instruction
• Maintain client confidentiality

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection:

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR
• Health information is treated with strict confidentiality
• Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties
• Full privacy policy available separately

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content Ownership:

• All training programmes, materials, and content remain property of Best Fitness Look
• Materials cannot be shared or reproduced without permission

7. Termination

7.1 Agreement Termination:

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination possible for conduct violations
• Unused prepaid services will be addressed per refund policy

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Updates:

• We reserve the right to modify these terms
• Changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
