Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than other competitors in the baby carrier industry. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does (Your Store) provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damage to the product, contact us immediately. We do all we can to assure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed. You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
No/Yes, we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you.
