  • Packages range from 13-24 weeks and include assessments, check-in sheets, shopping lists, nutrition plans, nutrition adjustments, supplement plans, guided body fat testing, training programs and habit-building sessions. Online Personal Training sessions are also included and range from once a week sessions all the way up to five times a week sessions depending on the chosen package.
